I just want to say thank you!! You are amazing and an inpiration to me. I have a 3 month old son whom I started on BW at nine days old. He has taken to it wonderfully, but of course I have a million questions and it feels like every day there is a different circumstance. Thank you for taking the time to have this blog and for being so good at being a Professional Mother! I look forward to following your blog for years to come! Blessings! Celeste

ps- your blog answers fixed my son's naps within two hours of reading the post!

Hello, I have been reading thru your blog trying to find info about getting my 19 month old daughter to sleep thru the night. If I ask you some questions could you please help me? Thanks

So maybe this is already in here somewhere, but I wanted to ask you why you decided on BW?

I just recently downloaded Dr. Weisbluff's book, but before reading it I hadn't realized how almost equal in similarities and differences BW and his book are. I've never read The Baby Whisper, but I'd imagine there are also elements of similarities, as much as there are differences, between her book and the other two.

As I was sitting here reading, I started to think about what is it about certain parenting methods, that cause parents to go with that particular one? Most of the moms I know, who are BW moms, don't presently have any babies. Since it seems that you are pretty well up to date on BW, and how to apply Gary's techniques, I thought I'd ask you :)

I know lots of women tell you how grateful they are for you and your blog, and I can say, quite literally, that you/it has been a God send to me. I basically failed with BW with my now two year old son, but I'm doing better this time around with my daughter. With out trying to flatter you, I can honestly say that is mostly thanks to your blog helping me work out the missing pieces (aka, what it looks like to apply BW).

Thank you :)
Oh and I really am curious to why you choose BW over all the other options out there. Whenever you get around to seeing this :)

Thank you ! I appreciate that.

What really drove me to Babywise was that I knew I needed something once Brayden hit four weeks. I had talked to a friend while pregnant whose first baby was about 9 months old at the time. I was big into waching people and their children at church while I was pregnant to see what I wanted my child to be like. I really admired the way her baby was. I asked her what her secret was, and she told me about Babywise. So when Brayden was 4 weeks old and I needed something, I remembered what she said and went and bought the book. I read it in two hours. It resonated with me and I never read another similar book (Baby Whisperer or HSHHC) until pregnant with McKenna/she was a newborn. So I just never sought anything else. Pretty simple story :) I guess it is basically contentment.
