  1. This is a wonderful poll! Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person that had such a hard time adjusting to being a mom, but apparently 50% of the readers think it was pretty hard! The 2% who thought it was easy must be very flexible people (or have a live-in nanny!).

  2. This poll was very encouraging to me. I was sure I was the only one who had such a hard time!I would be very interested in knowing whether those who voted 8-10 have already had two or more kids, and how the transition compared for each of them. Was going from 1 to 2 kids even more challenging than 0 to 1? Less?
