Our kids are such fussy eaters but I guess this book is great for them to know the importance of eating healthy -from A to Z!

Yeah, I couldn't agree more with you @Sophie, that's why if there are anyone of you asking on how to reduce tummy fat, you could begin with eating right foods and making some simple and easy-to-do exercises and properly hour of sleeping as well. In this way, you can be sure that you are living a healthy life and you are keeping your body fit.

I apply the concept of positive discipline for toddlers with my children. I believe that in a young age they should know what's good for them. I bought this book for them and it helped them to be aware about good health.
