Product Review: Mamatography Workshop {Giveaway}

Product: Photography Workshop
Company: Mamatography Workshop

I have something fun to share with you today. It is a website called "Mamatography."

Many of us moms in our current day are wanting to take cute pictures of our children that look as nice as we can get them. Mamatography is a website aimed at just that. Here is a bit from Shari (the creator):
The Mamatography Workshop Experience is an online community designed by me for moms (and dads).  What I want to do is take the tips and tricks that I have learned from my business and give parents a base knowledge for taking awesome pictures, no matter what camera you own.
You won't find videos filled with technical jargon here, nor will you have to sit down and read lengthy articles to find what you need.  What you will find is a simple, easy-to-use website with short, informal videos about how to improve your picture quality.  Topics in the videos include composition, lighting, inspiration, and my personal tips. And you can learn at your own pace by pausing or re-watching the videos at your own convenience. This workshop experience is not for professional photographers looking for marketing advice or post processing tricks.
The idea behind this website is you pay a one time fee of $39.99 (how cool is that! I love that you pay one fee and no monthly fees). Then you have full access to the website. You can:
  • Short, information videos.
  • Forums where you can ask questions and post pictures and get feedback.
  • A personal gallery where you can upload photos.
  • A question and answer blog where you can ask professional photographers
The site is a great resource.

Shari is giving away a seat to her workshop to TWO lucky winners! Hurray! So let's get entering:

Entry Rules

  • You must leave a comment in order to have an entry.
  • You must leave a separate comment for each entry. This is not so I can get lots of comments--it is because it makes it a million times easier to choose a winner. It takes less time, and less time is good.
  • You don't have to do all seven entries...for example, if you just want to follow this blog, you can just do entry one.
  • One entry per comment.
  • Up to seven entries per person.
  • You must fulfill the rules of each entry for each entry to count. If I see the entry is not valid (did not meet entry requirements), I will remove your entry. Trust me, I check.
  • Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM Friday, December 17 Mountain Standard Time.
  • The winner will be randomly selected at random.org
  • The winner will be announced Saturday, December 18.
  • If you would like, you can add your email address to your entry. If you are the winner, I will email you to let you know. You do not need to add your email address in order to win. I understand not everyone wants to share their email addresses with the world. I will announce the winner on the blog, so you can check the blog Saturday to find out if you won.
  • Once the winner is announced, you will have one week to contact me or another winner will be chosen. Be sure to check back. The only thing worse than not winning is to win but not realize it in time!
