Emergency Prepardness: Lifefolio

It is the time of year when I like to evaluate my emergency prepardness items and make small, manageable goals for the next six months.

My husband and I recently attended a class on building your “lifefolio.” Your lifefolio is basically a compilation of all of your critical documents. You have your birth certificates, drivers liscence info, social security cards, cemetery plot deed, living will, military papers, insurance information, financial documents and information, investment documents and information…lots of paperwork 🙂 Here is a link with explanations. Here is a link to a free PDF checklist.

My husband and I totally need to get this complete! Something that has always slowed me down in this area is deciding who leave our children to in case we both died. It is such a hard decision for us. Anyway, I thought I would bring this to your attention because I am guessing a lot of people out there are in the same boat as we are and need to work on this.
