Today you are entering to win an 8x10 canvas print from Canvas Champ  at I love canvas prints. Love them. They sent me a free 8x10 print from Canvas Champ and it is really fabulous quality. I would not hesitate to get more! Their prices really are inexpensive, too. If you have anything you wanted made into a canvas, take advantage of it!

They also have other fun options like a peel and stick, photo boards, metal prints, acrylic prints, and canvas banners. Enter to win your free print below!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

  • You must enter the giveaway to have an entry.
  • You must fulfill the rules of each entry for each entry to count. If I see the entry is not valid (did not meet entry requirements), I will disqualify your entry. Trust me, I check each winning entry to make sure it was valid.
  • Entries will be accepted until 12:00 midnight August 2, 2014 (so that means you will not be able to enter on the 2 at all).
  • The winner will be randomly selected through Rafflecopter.
  • The winner will be announced sometime after the winner is chosen. I will email the winner.
  • Once the winner is announced, you will have one week to contact me or another winner will be chosen. Be sure to check back and/or check your email. The only thing worse than not winning is to win but not realize it in time.
  • I will not use your email address for any purpose other than contacting you if you are the winner (and FYI, I don't have access to the email addresses except for the winner).

Hi there,
I realize this has nothing to do with this post, but I read in one of your other posts that it's easier to get in touch with you if we comment on the most recent post, so here goes.
My son is 13 months old, and up until this past week, he has napped 1 1/2 to 2 hrs in the morning and the same in the afternoon. Last week, it all changed. For the past 4 or 5 days, he has played in bed for the majority of the time before maybe falling asleep for 45 minutes. I say "play," but there's nothing in his bed. No blankets or toys. Just the bed. He crawls back and forth, sits up, squeals/babbles, plays with his feet in the air, and stands. I tried doing what you mentioned in a previous post about waiting 10-15 minutes before going in and telling him it's time to rest. That works for a few minutes before he gets going again.
Honestly, I'm worn out. I have a 4 week old, and I'd love to take everyone's advice and lie down when she's sleeping, but because my son refuses to nap, neither can I.
I can't imagine that he's trying to get rid of a nap since he still shows the signs of being tired, he gets irritable, and he becomes less obedient.
We're going on 40 minutes of him entertaining himself now instead of sleeping, and I just want to cry I'm so tired :/. I realize I have another day of no sleep ahead of me, and that frustrates me to no end.
Lately, he's been waking earlier, too (30-45 minutes earlier), but I haven't gone in to get him until our normal time to start the day.
If you have any thoughts, I'm all ears. If you think he really is trying to get rid of a nap, please point me in the right direction of ideas on how to do that successfully.
Thanks so much.

Try putting him down 10-15 minutes later for the nap. You can also try making the morning nap shorter. Good luck!
