Healthy sleep is a worthwhile goal for your baby. Once you have worked to get that healthy sleep for your baby, it is absolutely worth holding fast to it through the toddler years, preschooler years, elementary years, and teenage years. Then you send your child off into the world as an adult who knows how to sleep. That may sound silly, but when you look at the rising number of prescription sleep aids, you know sleep is a skill that is indeed valuable.

Babywise Can Work For Your Baby

Christine from Christine Keys is talking about why Babywise works for all kinds of babies. I love this topic being addressed. Every so often, I see moms talking about how Babywise just didn't work for their baby. Christine is talking about why it can basically work with almost every baby out there. She says:
Well yes, babies are all different and it is our job as parents to be able to evaluate and meet the needs of our children individually. However, I would put to you that the Babywise method is something that can easily be applied to a very broad range of babies.
I know moms that have used Babywise with great success who have had many other issues to deal with. We're talking reflux, colic, and a barrage of other medical challenges. In fact, those women even say that Babywise made life easier.

Healthy Sleep Is Important for Older Kids

Babywise principles and goals aren't only applicable to the babies. You want great sleep with your babies AND you want to carry that on into your older children. Healthy sleep is vital for life. That is a major fact that led me to Babywise in the first place. I wanted my children to grow to be adults who have great sleep habits. Sleep is highly underrated by society in most of our modern world, but being undervalued does not make it so it is not essential to overall physical and emotional health.

Carrie from Wiley Adventures is talking about sleep in older children. She is sharing why sleep is important, what habits you want to make sure to hold on to, when you can be lenient, and how to troubleshoot sleep for older kids.
