It’s Babywise Friendly Blogs Network Week again! All week, we’ll be featuring blog posts from other Babywise-friendly blogs. The schedule is as follows:

Today’s post is from Rachel over at A Mother Far From Home. I hope you are noticing our common thread this week. We decided to coordinate our writing for this week (makes sense right?). Maureen talked about taking time for yourself while Bethany and I have talked about how to get sitters to get out of the house when needed.

Today, Rachel is talking about how to find time for your self day-to-day at home. Isn’t this valuable to figure out? We are home most of the time, so to be able to re-energize and find time for yourself at home is a great find! Rachel has four different ideas for you, so head on over to her blog today to check them out.

My favorite of her advice is under “Don’t throw the time you have into the black hole”–her black hole is social media that “can suck up a large amount of time and, while I enjoy them for what they are, they do not help me relax. They help me escape and then, when I’m finished, I don’t feel refreshed. For some these things may be exactly how you refresh. We’re all different.”

So go check out her ideas!
