It’s Babywise Friendly Blogging Network week and we are all writing about personalities!

Today, Elaine from Faithfully Infertile is talking about being in tune with personalities in the family. She talks about having to adjust her family schedule when adding her third child, and then realizing that adjustment was not best for everyone and how she had to fix that.

I love how Elaine talks about analyzing the needs of her children and how she was willing to go with what was best for each of them even when it was the opposite of what she originally thought was best. It shows her humility and wisdom in making sure what is best for her children is what is done in the family. Head on over and read it!
