I find that now my daughter will followe 2, 3, 4. She’s up at 7 and naps at 9(2), Is up at 10:30 and naps at 1:30 (3) and nwxt up at 3 and is in bed at 7 (4). This works wonderfully for us. She’s rarely over tired and still sleeps about 12 hours at night!
