Sleep Training

Sleep training posts to help you teach baby to sleep independently. Independent sleep is your primary goal in sleep training. The exact method you use is not important in general. Find one that works for your baby and you. My favorite method is a Gentle Sleep Training: The Four S’s. You can find my favorite baby sleep training books here. Other popular methods include Cry It Out, Extinction, and Pick Up/Put Down.
