The second element to the Babywise routine is “Wake.”
Official wake time includes feeding time, dressing time, bathing time, playing time…all time awake in between naps is your waketime. Because “Eat” can be so involved with so many questions, there is a post entirely dedicated to the Eat portion of the routine. Visit this page for help on the “Sleep” portion of the routine. These posts will guide you through the other elements of “wake” you will encounter as a Babywise mom. You will also like Your Babywise Baby: First Year Overview .
